Pat Naticchioni, Broker/Owner

Pat is the co-owner and designated Real Estate Broker of record for RE/MAX of Redding. She is responsible for the daily operations of RE/MAX and assists in team management.

Connie Diemer, Escrow Coordinator

Connie is the team transaction (escrow) coordinator. She monitors the escrow from opening through closing, including scheduling inspections and other appointments at the property. She tracks timelines for contingency removals as well as contractual commitments pursuant to the terms of the contract and assures documentation is complete prior to closing.

Chris Murray & Charlie Kramm, Buyer's Representative

Chris & Charlie are Licensed Real Estate Agents acting as Residential Buyer�s Specialists for the team. They receive calls from prospective buyers from our advertising material, schedule showings and assist buyers through the home buying process.
